The now disgraced producer faces another heinous allegation as he awaits his May 5th trial for charges of sex trafficking, traveling to engage in prostitution, and racketeering.
On Tuesday, a Bay Area woman named Ashley Parham filed a startling lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, as she claimed that he “gang-raped” her back in 2018 as an act of retaliation for saying that he had involvement with the late rapper Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder.
Parham’s lawsuit claims that in February 2018, she met Shane Pearce, a co-defendant, at a bar after having an altercation with an unknown man.
Parham claims that Pearce FaceTimed Combs after coming to her defense, but she was not impressed since she thought Combs was connected to Shakur’s murder.
After hearing Parham’s remarks regarding Combs’ alleged involvement with Shakur’s murder, Parham allegedly heard Combs say that she would allegedly “pay” for her statement.
A month later, on March 23, 2018, Pearce invited Parham to his Orinda, California apartment to assist him with handling his cancer medication. According to Parham, Pearce stated that he allegedly felt weak and was unable to open his medication.
Shortly after her arrival, Pearce and Parham allegedly took a ride in Pearce’s new car. After returning back to Pearce’s residence, he allegedly left the front door open because the door was unable to close.
Ten minutes after their arrival, Parham claimed that Combs arrived at the Orinda apartment, and after Pearce gave her a glass of water.
The victim claimed that the Bad Boy executive allegedly brought a woman who is allegedly Combs’ employee named Kristina Khorram, John Does 1-3, and Jane Doe.
According to Forbes, Parham claimed that she was drugged, sexually assaulted with a television remote, and raped by multiple people.
She is seeking $50 million.
